Like the sweetest green juice recipe, we start by washing and cutting all the fresh produce to make this recipe. Kale, you can just use your hands to pull the leaves from the stem. You should not have to do anything with the spinach. Cut the celery into 1-inch size pieces. The pear, apple, and lemon can be cut into slices. Reserve the rest of the lemon for a different recipe. Once all the cutting is finished, add all the ingredients into your juicer, and you are done!

  • 1/2 a bunch of kale

  • 2.5 oz spinach (half a bag)

  • 4 sticks of celery

  • 2 pears

  • 2 red apple

  • 1/4 lemon


  • Wash all fruits and vegetables.
  • Remove the kale stem.
  • Cut the celery into about 1-inch size.
  • Slice the pear and apple into slices.
  • Slice the lemon into 1/4 portion.
  • Feed the kale, spinach, and celery into the juicer.
  • Feed the pear, apple, and lemon into the juicer.
  • Serve immediately or best enjoyed chilled.


  • Fresh juices should be consumed within 24 hours for optimal nutrition. Store any leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
  • Feel free to replace spinach with extra kale or replace kale with extra spinach if you’re missing one of the ingredients.
