  • 4 sticks of celery

  • 4 pears

  • 2 green apples

  • 1/4 lemon


  • Wash all fruits and vegetables.
  • Remove the kale stem.
  • Cut the celery into about 1-inch size.
  • Slice the pear and apple into slices.
  • Slice the lemon into 1/8 portion.
  • Feed the kale, spinach, and celery into the juicer.
  • Feed the pear, apple, and lemon into the juicer.
